Breathing new life into historic infrastructure is critical to enhancing a local sense of place.  We maintain a strong relationship with the Ohio State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), the National Park Service, and work with Historic Consultants to help projects achieve State and Federal Tax funding.

Our programming process lays the groundwork for every project by identifying goals, functions, and priorities up front. Through research and collaboration, we translate client needs into clear spatial requirements and performance criteria.

Studio BCC values the importance of site conditions for all projects.  In addition, we can help with Urban Design, Master Planning and Landscape strategies to bring a project into focus and give the design greater social and economic context.

We act as your advocate throughout design and construction—managing budgets, schedules, and coordination to ensure your project stays on track and true to your vision.
