Mueller Lofts
Historic Restoration + Residential

A former electrical manufacturing facility transformed into modern lofts in Cleveland’s Asia-Town neighborhood.

Mueller Lofts is the historic restoration of the 1922 Mueller Electric Building from an electric parts factory into 51 modern apartments with high ceilings and enormous factory windows. The previously abandoned building experienced a dramatic transformation in 2017 when the center core of the facility was removed to create a private atrium for apartment tenants.
